I think Urban Meyer is the only coach that can restore that program to relevance. I actually think he should have taken the job. At Florida, there is only one way to go, and that is down. At ND, anything he would have done would have been an improvement. Look at the recruiting in the SEC this year (or every year for that matter). Florida might be #2 in the country, but Auburn is #4, Alabama is #5, LSU is #7, and Tennessee is #8. Tough sledding.

I’m not saying that I disagree with their academic standards but, let’s cut the BS with them always being on NBC and let’s stop acting like they’re this top tier program.

Too many white guys. Academic requirements are too high and they obviously don’t pay players under the table. The one thing I will say on a positive is that if Claussen returns next year with Malcolm Floyd…look out.
